Nashville, y'all read a lot!

Summer Challenge is a wrap, and the results are in:

  • Patrons read for a total of 11,948,286 minutes – surpassing our goal!
  • More than 17,900 Nashvillians took the Summer Reading challenge.
  • 6,500 participants read at least 600 minutes.

Congratulations Reading Rockstars!

Reading Rockstars logged 600 or more minutes of reading. There were 60 rockstars and 40 opted to donate a popular book to their local branch. Here are the rockstars by branch and first name:

MNPS School Competition Winner

Congratulations to J.T. Moore Middle School for winning the MNPS Summer Challenge competition. 54% of J.T. Moore students participated in Summer Challenge, and of those students, 62% completed the full Summer Challenge program.
